We were commissioned to redesign this large Victorian House as part of total refurbishment for its new owners who have young children.
Part of the challenge on this project was to make sense of the flow internally and to celebrate the day spaces. In order to improve the circulation, we had to take away some rooms but we also added a ground floor extension to the rear to unify the living spaces and create a better visual connection with the garden.
We added a garage with annex to one side of the house connected to the house but with its own separate access.
On this project we also designed the interior, including joinery and specifying colour, finishes and furniture throughout.
