Established in 2010, we are a small but dynamic Architecture studio based in Whitstable, offering a full Architecture and Interior design service to clients. Through design, we aim to bring an elegance, playfulness and functionality to everyday life, whether it is a self beild project or reimagining an existing building through retrofit.
Our clients form an integral part of that design journey and we involve them in developing a brief and the testing of ideas throughout the creative process to create a bespoke solution. We enjoy exploring texture and materiality while and experimenting with form to create exciting spaces.

Who We Are
Sonya Flynn
Partner
BA (Hons), Dip Arch RIBA
Sonya studied at the University of Greenwich and the University of Westminster. She has worked for a number of award winning practices including Foster and Partners, Hawkins Brown and Henry J Lyons in Dublin. She is also an experienced auditorium designer having worked at Charcoalblue Theatre Consultants. Sonya has extensive experience on both large and small scale residential projects within the UK and Ireland as well as transport and masterplanning projects.
Sonya is currently a part time lecturer at the UCA School of Architecture in Canterbury.

Mark Baker
Partner
BA (Hons), B(Arch) Hons
Mark studied at the University of Greenwich and KIAD at Canterbury. He is a highly experienced designer, having spent many years with Artlab Architects working alongside their in-house contractors and development company, giving him a thorough understanding of all aspects of residential projects. Mark was also an associate director at Oppermann Associates in Dublin as well as working for MSMR in London. During his architectural career to date, Mark has delivered various types of projects including residential, office, leisure, arts, school, hotel and community based projects within the UK and Ireland.
Mark has previously tutored a design unit at UCA school of Architecture.
